We understand the importance of clear communication, so we have detailed our shipping costs and delivery times for your convenience.
Below are our shipping fee:
- Order under $50 : $12 shipping fee
- Order from $50 to $75 : $10 shipping fee
- Order from $75 - $150 : $8 shipping fee
- Order above $150 : Free shipping
Return & Exchange Details
Because all of our products are handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you carefully review your size, color, and product details before completing your checkout.
Shipment Issues (Lost or Undelivered Orders)
We ship orders using trusted third-party carriers such as USPS and UPS. However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery is beyond our direct control.
If your package is lost or undelivered, you may choose one of the following options:

Partial Refund – We will refund 75% of your order total, and retain 25% to cover the loss.

Carrier Claim – We can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note this process may take up to 90 days, and we will update you with the result as soon as it is available.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing an item, please contact us at info@localarthouse@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and details of the incorrect or missing item(s).
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
